Empire earth3 world domination cheat series#
I wish the series would make a return. This video game series provides examples of: It's all pretty cool and still unique to this day.

Province is the game's term for a territory on the grand view of the planet, as some may recall in matches the map comprised of territories to claim and so forth and that is still the case but like I said those "matches" or battles happen in the provinces. The only thing that really is like was actually the galactic conquest mode from Star Wars: Empire At War, but it just functions on a galactic scale instead of the planetary one, with each planet being akin to just a province on Earth in Empire Earth III. Your technology and research was also handled on the grand stage. And acted out your turn through the RTS style play that Empire Earth is known for as a series. But you planned your moves for your armies and so forth and starting army composition. Sometimes just the natives, other times two factions would already be fighting over it. In the grand mode you could spin the world around a view all the provinces and what information you had from your scouts about them and who they potentially belonged. (For those that are not familiar, Empire Earth III had a grand strategy style mode where you fought amongst other factions for the whole Earth. Though we don't have world domination mode like Empire Earth III did, though I've yet to see any game copy that mode in full. These units will actually run to a door on the wall section and ascend that way, be it in the section of the wall or at a gate. One of the major differences between this game and its predecessors is that your fortifications are now a recognized and utilized platform for your units to defend from, much like in Empire Earth III but a little more fitting and used correctly than the just the magically teleporting up to be on the wall. As the same population pool is used to allow spawning of worker units, soldier units, and trade units. Though it can take awhile to hit this it can be hampering when it does. Most units only consume 1 population though there are a few that consume 2 or so like cavalry, if I am not mistaken. and the times of the Holy Roman Empire and such.Ģ00 population is the current max, though it has been a major complaint within the community and hopefully will change. This one has returned us to around 1000 A.D. The first game focused on the ancient times, the second focused on the dark ages and renaissance, third was mainly all about the colonial period.

So, like some others have said this series has always focused on a general period rather that the entire existence of the human race.
